The Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI) was established in 1960 under the Federation of Hong Kong Industries Ordinance (Cap. 321) to promote and foster the interests of Hong Kong's industrial and business communities.

As one of the four major chambers of commerce in Hong Kong, FHKI brings together like-minded entrepreneurs to spearhead the advancement of Hong Kong's industry. Through policy advocacy, professional business support services and cross-sector collaborations, FHKI strives to build a dynamic industrial ecosystem to take forward transformation and re-industrialisation of Hong Kong's economy, sparking new business opportunities and charting diverse paths for the younger generation.

 

What you will be doing:

•  Master the creative work of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, e.g. website, social media platforms, EDM, paid media, SEO, SEM, etc. on various promotion projects;
• Provide creatives for events and marketing campaigns, such as key visuals, posters, video clips, backdrops, props, and signages;
• Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and attendee coordination;
• Liaise and coordinate with both internal and external parties on daily operations;
• Perform ad-hoc tasks/ projects as assigned by management.

What helps you succeed:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Event/ Exhibition Management, Advertising or other related disciplines;
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in social media management, campaign execution, PR, event management, or advertising campaign (experience in the NGO/non-profit sector is preferred);
• Proficiency in both Mac and Window; experience in using Canva, Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is an advantage;
• Ability to leverage AI-powered tools to inspire ideas, streamline workflows, and enhance visual and graphic design output;
• Independent, self-driven and good interpersonal skills;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
