The Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI) was established in 1960 under the Federation of Hong Kong Industries Ordinance (Cap. 321) to promote and foster the interests of Hong Kong's industrial and business communities.

Under the auspices of FHKI, the Hong Kong Q-Mark Council was formed in 1978 aiming to encourage enterprises to elevate their product, service and environmental standards through the various Q-Mark schemes so as to win over customers’ confidence.
Being part of the Q-Mark Technical Team, the Technical Officer reporting to the Manager and to perform the following duties:
What you will be doing:
- Coordinate with the licensees for arranging audits according to the audit schedule;
- Occasional travel to China / Macau to conduct on-site audits in Hong Kong, Macau and China;
- Prepare audit reports on responsible licensees;
- Arrange product tests and verify the product test results;
- Monitor the overall implementation of any committed corrective / preventive actions for identified nonconformities;
- Perform ad hoc duties as required by the Manager.
What helps you succeed:
- High Diploma or above in Quality Management / Engineering/Technology/Science discipline or equivalent;
- At least 2 years experience in audit / certification / assessment field, including quality assurance / quality control;
- Knowledge of standards and system / product certification preferable, such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO14064, ISO 22000 or SQS;
- Experience as an external auditor will be an advantage, particularly on elderly home care services;
- Holder of ISO9001 / ISO14001 / ISO 14064 / ISO22000 internal auditor certificates will be an advantage;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
